Recallable Membership Opportunity Announcement

Dear WaterSound Owner,

As a current WaterSound Community property owner, we are pleased to invite you and your family to activate a new membership offering at WaterSound Beach Club! This offering is now available to all property owners in WaterSound communities (including the JOE owned lots in Wild Heron).

This recallable WaterSound Beach Club membership will be issued with the following privileges:

• $20,000 membership deposit (50% refundable)

• Monthly dues of $175 plus tax

• Unlimited access to WaterSound Beach Club facilities

• Unlimited access to tennis at WaterSound Beach Club courts

• Participation in all club events and activities

• Shark’s Tooth Clubhouse Dining

• Accompanied and Unaccompanied Guest privileges (guest fees will apply)

• Recallable membership, non-transferable with sale of property
