Guest Policy

On behalf of WaterSound Beach Club, we are working hard to provide you incredible service and exceptional food and beverage offerings for you and your guests. Our goal is to continually take our operations to a higher level through our enthusiastic team and the support, knowledge, and experience of Troon Golf.

In order to keep members dues at a minimum, beginning March 1st, there will be some changes to our current guest fee structure and procedures at the WaterSound Beach Club.

Member's House Guest (unaccompanied) Policy

In order for the club to provide proper service and to avoid embarrassing situations, members must fill out the proper guest request form when sending house guests to the WaterSound Beach Club. The member can register by submitting the online form via our website, www.watersoundbeachclub.com. Unaccompanied house guests will not be provided access to the club unless the guest provides a credit card when submitting the online request form. Please submit the guest request form online 48 hours before guest's arrival.

At our Member's request, all guest fees will be charged directly to the guest credit card that is provided on the guest request form and no longer will be charged to the Membership account. As an additional service to our guests, a temporary account will be set up prior to your guest's arrival with the credit card provided. The guest may charge all food and beverage purchases to this temporary account and the account will be closed when the guest leaves.

Please note that the Club will make every attempt to obtain any unpaid charged made by his or her house guests but if we are unable to collect such charges the sponsoring Membership account will be charged. WaterSound Beach Club is a cashless facility. Your guests may use a credit card or temporary guest account to settle any food and beverage charges.

The sponsoring member of the WaterSound Beach Club shall be responsible for the conduct of a houseguest while on the WaterSound Beach Club Facilities. If the manner, department, or appearance of any houseguest is deemed unsatisfactory, the sponsoring member shall, at the request of the Club Operator, cause such a houseguest to surrender the guest card and leave the club.

From time to time the club will restrict unaccompanied guest privileges. For the calendar year 2012, unaccompanied guest privileges will be suspended from July 6th thru July 8th.

• The daily fee is $20 per person/per day
• The weekly fee is $100 per person/per week
• Children age 3 and under will not be charged guest fees
• A week is defined as up to seven consecutive days
• Unaccompanied guests will be limited to 12 persons per membership at one time
